Davis Kirby serves as a Development Manager and Broker at The Morgan Company, where he focuses on leasing, site selection, acquisitions and business plan execution for the company’s retail assets. With a decade of experience in retail commercial real estate across the Carolinas, he brings deep market knowledge and strong tenant and broker relationships to uncover opportunities.

Prior to joining The Morgan Company, Davis worked at MPV Properties, Atlantic Retail and Aston Properties, all based in Charlotte. His background lies primarily in brokerage, with experience in both landlord and tenant representation. He has worked with local, regional and national tenants on site selection, lease negotiations and market strategy. On the landlord side, Davis has been involved in pre-leasing ground-up developments, outparcel marketing and sales, site acquisitions and leasing strategies for existing properties.

Davis is a 2016 graduate of the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.
