Andrew Rosti

Executive Vice President - Finance and Operations

Andrew serves as Executive Vice President at The Morgan Companies, where he leads the firm’s finance and operations platform. He brings a broad background in real estate investment, development, and fund management, shaped by leadership roles across both institutional and mission-driven organizations.

Prior to joining The Morgan Companies, Andrew sourced new development opportunities for PNC Realty Investors, advising an institutional core fund. He also led economic development and entitlement efforts at DreamKey Partners, a regional nonprofit focused on affordable housing, and was a member of the investments team at Grubb Properties, a national multifamily developer specializing in essential housing. While at Grubb, he was responsible for investor and lender reporting, insurance oversight, and fund management activities.

Andrew is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and has served on its Management and Advisory Board Committees. He currently contributes to the Governance Committee, as well as the Capital Markets and Trends Regional Councils.

He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia. Outside of work, Andrew is committed to his community and serves on the Leadership Committee for St. Patrick Catholic School. He and his wife, Lindsay, live in Charlotte with their three children.
