Alec is a Development Manager at Morgan Company, where he focuses on the development of multi-tenant retail projects and shopping centers. He is actively involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, leading efforts that include architectural and civil coordination, budget management, contractor oversight, and navigating municipal approvals.

Before joining Morgan Company in 2025, Alec spent four years in franchise consulting with REPM Group. In that role, he managed the real estate, design, and construction of more than 100 single-tenant franchise locations across the country.
