Austin is the Director of Development at The Morgan Companies, which he joined in early 2025. He brings more than 15 years of real estate experience from Publix Super Markets, Inc., where he served as a Real Estate Manager overseeing site selection, market strategy, and the delivery of new store developments across multiple growth markets. During his time at Publix, Austin played a key role in identifying high-value opportunities, guiding projects from early market analysis through store opening, and working closely with developers, municipalities, and internal teams to support long-term portfolio growth.

Austin has deep experience evaluating, acquiring, and developing grocery-anchored centers, ground-up retail projects, and complex redevelopment sites. His background includes assembling multi-parcel sites, managing due diligence and entitlement processes, and negotiating strategic deals that align retailer objectives with community goals.

At The Morgan Companies, Austin leads development strategy and new project execution, partnering closely with tenants and stakeholders to deliver high-quality retail and mixed-use developments. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed real estate professional.
