Francine serves as Director of Investment and Property Accounting at The Morgan Companies, where she oversees multi-entity accounting, property-level financial reporting, and investor portfolio management for high-net-worth clients. She brings nearly a decade of real estate experience, with deep expertise in capital account reporting, fund-level financial operations, and investor relations.

Before joining The Morgan Companies, Francine spent more than 13 years at Warner Music Group as a Senior Manager, where she led brand licensing and estate operations for globally recognized artists and clients. She holds an MBA from Rutgers University with a concentration in Strategic Leadership and is an active member of CREW Charlotte and the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
