Jonathon is Vice President of Development at Morgan Company, where he is responsible for sourcing and executing retail and mixed-use development projects across the Sun Belt and Mid-Atlantic. His work centers on grocery-anchored shopping centers, mixed-use developments, single-tenant net lease developments, and outparcel projects, with an emphasis on well-located assets built for long-term ownership.

Jonathon oversees the full development lifecycle, including site acquisition, underwriting, entitlements, financing, leasing coordination, and construction execution. He works closely with Morgan Company’s internal teams, municipal partners, tenants, and capital providers to deliver projects that reflect the firm’s long-standing standards for quality, discipline, and durability.

In addition to his development role, Jonathon is a licensed real estate broker who advises long-term clients on leasing strategy, acquisitions, and development consulting. He brings an owner’s perspective and a relationship-driven approach to each engagement. Jonathon is a Charlotte native and holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, along with an undergraduate degree from Queens University of Charlotte. He resides in Charlotte and remains actively involved in the community.
