Julie Hatch joined The Morgan Company in August 2025 as Controller, bringing more than 25 years of experience in real estate and property management. She leads the company’s property accounting operations, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all portfolios.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Julie holds a bachelor’s degree and is a Licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. She is actively involved in professional organizations, including CREW Charlotte and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, where she continues to expand her expertise and industry connections.
