Scott is Vice President of Development at Morgan Company and brings more than 35 years of experience in retail development, including over 20 years with the firm. Based in Miami, Scott focuses primarily on single-tenant development, including drugstores, gas stations, fast food, and grocery projects, and has been involved in more than 50 Walgreens developments throughout the state of Florida.

In addition to development, Scott has extensive experience in asset management, leasing, and tenant representation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University.
