Scott plays a key role in guiding development projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Florida from early entitlement through design, permitting, and construction, with the goal of delivering fully stabilized assets. He works closely with design professionals, vendors, and local planning staff, while also coordinating with tenants and managing project timelines—particularly as they relate to the governmental approval process. His hands-on involvement helps keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance from the University of Florida. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed real estate salesman.
