Before joining The Morgan Companies, Shana-Kay worked as a Staff Accountant at MacKenzie Management in Baltimore, Maryland, and previously held roles focused on property accounting and financial reporting. She is highly proficient in Yardi and Sage Fixed Assets and is an active member of NABA, the AICPA, and the MSATP.
